Natural Acne Cures
Whenever acne problems develop, we tend to turn our attention to those well advertised cosmetic products that promise to cure our acne. These are products that were made out of different chemical compounds and laboratory-aided ingredients.
Some will improve your problem, while others will just worsen it. We don’t know what the side effects are not unless we have tried it. Lest, we forget that we do have many natural acne cures that are available in our backyard and in the market.

• Tea Tree Oil – they are obtained from the Melaleuca alternifoliais tree from Australia. It is very effective because of it contains bacteria-fighting chemical called terpenes. Since acne develops because of bacteria, terpenes of the tea tree oil would weaken or kill them enough to be destroyed by our protective antibodies.
• Aloe Vera – the watery gel of this plant is highly effective natural cure against acne. The enzyme-rich gel coming from the plant has a very calming anti-flammatory and anti-bacterial properties. It can be taken internally by means of a certain process. This will help clean up and detoxify your system which in turn will make your skin looks fine.
• Garlic – this has been used successfully in treating acne problems. By means of rubbing the garlic externally to the affected area, it would help clear the skin of spots of acne. To cure acne further, eat three raw garlic seeds. This will purify your bloodstream from impurities and keeps the balance flow of blood, ensuring you with a healthy skin.
• Epsom salts – taking a bath with Epsom salts twice a week would be beneficial. Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate solution) has shown good effects in treating acne.
Best of all, have an “all-fruits” diet thrice a day, in a week. By consuming different kinds of fresh juicy fruits like lemons, apples, pears, grapes, pineapples, and peaches toxins in your blood will be easily flushed out.
