Natural Acne Cream
Keeping their skin healthy and blemish-free is what most people have been focusing on. Having clear, flawless skin is a good asset to some and it may even be one of their most important possessions.
But to those who don’t have such flawless skin, it may cause them to feel frustrated, depressed and may even become withdrawn. Add to that the amount of money they need to consider to buy certain products or avail of facial care services, the number of visits and amount of fees to a dermatologist and the amount of time they need to undergo different emotional and social changes.
But there are a lot of ways that can help you alleviate from the burdens of developing acne. Here are some of the things that can help you relieve from all the stress you get with your acne straight from your kitchen. Consider these tips in making your own natural acne cream:
Rosewater and lemon mix. Lemon helps cleanse acne affected skin. Mix lemon juice and rosewater then apply it to the affected area of your skin. After about half an hour, wash the mixture off your skin with water. This acne solution will help you eliminate acne and blemishes from your skin in a few days.
Beaten eggs. Beat two eggs whites and spread it over the areas of your skin with acne. Wash the infected areas with lukewarm water to remove the eggs thoroughly. Egg whites are important for healing and reconstructing damaged skin and eliminating excess oil.
Toothpaste. Toothpaste is one of the most readily available treatments for acne. Just apply a little amount of it on your pimple before going to sleep to sleep. You’ll feel better the next day and you’ll feel your pimple reduced in size.
Baking soda mixture. Combine baking soda and water until you produce a creamy mixture. You can use it as a facial wash. This solution will help remove dirt, excess oil and dead skin cells which can clog your pores and cause irritation to your skin. Just apply the cream to your skin and gently massage it. After a couple of seconds, rinse it with lukewarm water.
Mint. For centuries, mint has been used to reduce and eliminate acne. You can probably get some of it from your garden or from the fruit and vegetable section. Extract juice from the mint leaves and apply them to you face before going to sleep.
Vinegar. Mix an amount of vinegar and salt together and gently massage it to your face. After approximately 30 minutes, wash it off.
Cucumber paste. Cucumber moisturizes skin and provides it with vitamins. Make a cucumber paste, apply it to your face and keep it for several minutes. Applying cucumber at least twice a week will help you develop smooth, blemish-free skin.
Keep a healthy lifestyle and avoid using chemically-rich products. There are a lot of natural acne creams you can use to keep you skin acne-free and spotless.
