Be Acne Free In 3 Days – Don’t Suffer Like Me!

I know first-hand that acne is no fun. I know that you are searching for a way to get rid of your acne and I know first-hand that that is no fun either. Be thankful that more focus has been paid to getting rid of acne now than it was when I had it. Can you really be acne free in three days? There is a book that claims to be able to do just that, but maybe I am a bit skeptical. I do know there are some tips that you can follow that will get you started to be acne free.

My acne was severe enough that I was always embarrassed in high school. I had cystic acne on my back and it left me feeling horrible. When I would sit back on the hard wood chairs in high school, my back would bleed. I avoided swimming as I hated the fact that everyone could see my acne. It made it hard to date because I was always afraid that when a girl found out how bad my back looked, she would leave me.

That is why I have compiled these top tips to help you out. If I can stop one person from going through what I went through, then I will have done some good.

First, make sure to wash your face every night. Please try to find a soap that is not abrasive as it will only result in irritating your acne. Try to wash your hands during your day to remove all the oils that build up.

Change your bed sheets on a weekly basis with new clean sheets. If you can, try to purchase enough pillow sheets so that you can sleep with a new one every night. Oil can build up on your sheets and you need to wash them regularly to get rid of it.

My top tip is this: don’t pick at your acne. I did, and the result is that I left myself with unsightly scarring. Wait until a zit is ready to be popped before you try to mess with it.

I hope these tips help you become acne free so you can avoid the pain I went through.
